Royal Strawberry Shortcake Recipe

• 2 c. flour
• 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. shortening
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 c. lowfat milk

1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt.
2. Cream sugar and shortening, then add in egg and vanilla.
3. Add in alternately lowfat milk and flour mix.
4. Bake in greased pan for 30 min at 350 degrees.
