Better 4 You - Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together Flour, Baking Soda and Salt - Set aside.
  3. Cream together Butter blend, both Splenda Sugars and Vanilla Extract.
  4. Mix Egg whites and Yolks together then slowly blend into creamed butter/sugar mixture.
  5. Slowly add Flour mixture to Butter/sugar mixture, until no flour is visably seenin the bowl.
  6. Stir in the Chocolate Chips
  7. Using a tsp, drop dough on to ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 11 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool.
  9. Cookie will be light and fluffy.
