Pork Fillets

  1. fly the fillets in oil till golden brown.
  2. drain out the oil.
  3. add in onions and garlic and fly till soft.
  4. add vegetables and fly for about 2-4mins
  5. add in the juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
  6. simmer under low heat for about 10-15mins.
