Copy Cat Hard Rock Cafe Pulled Pork

  1. In a large bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, sugar, hot water, and Tabasco sauce.
  2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the marinade over the pork, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  5. Remove the pork from the marinade and place in a baking pan.
  6. Save the marinade.
  7. Roast the pork until browned, about 1 hour.
  8. Reduce the oven temperature to 300F.
  9. Pour some of the reserved marinade over the pork.
  10. Cover and slow roast for an additional 2 hours, or until the meat pulls away from the bones easily.
  11. Pull the pork apart into long shreds using 2 forks.
