Crock Pot Roast Recipe
- 3-5 pound roast (beef)
- 1 onion
- 5 or possibly 6 large carrots, peeled
- 4 or possibly 5 potatoes
- 1/2 pound fresh green beans (optional)
- 1 pkg. McCormick pot roast or possibly beef stew seasoning
- 1 pkg. sazon
- 1/2 c. catchup
- 1 c. water
- adobo, to taste
- small can of diced tomatoes (optional)
- Chop onion and place in bottom of crock pot.
- Sprinkle some flour on the onion.
- Add in some butter (1-2 Tbsp.)
- and saut
beef, onion, carrots, potatoes, green beans, sazon, catchup, water, tomatoes
