Soft Biscotti (Cookies) Recipe
- 9 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 5 Large eggs
- 3 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat milk, heated
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- Mix dry ingredients together, then add in Crisco as in pie dough.
- Make hole in center of dry ingredients and add in beaten Large eggs, lowfat milk and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Roll 2 inches long.
- bake 400 degrees about 10 min.
- Don't over bake.
