Peach Green Chile Corn Salsa
- 3 whole Peaches, Peeled, Pitted And Diced
- 1/2 cups Diced Roasted Hatch Green Chiles
- 1/2 cups Fresh Grilled Corn (frozen Defrosted Corn May Be Used Instead If You Can't Find Fresh)
- 2 Tablespoons Red Onion, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss together until combined.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
