- 3 medium carrots, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 350 grams peas

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Heat a teaspoon of butter in a wok over medium high heat.
- Scramble the eggs and set aside
- Heat some butter in the wok over high heat.
- Add your finely chopped carrots, half of the green onions (so their flavor won't be overpowering like raw onions, but also to have a crunchy texture) and peas.
- Saute until nicely browned then turn heat down to medium
- Add about half a tablespoon butter to the wok (without discarding the veggies), add cooked rice and the rest of your green onions.
- Fry for a minute or so
- Turn off heat and add scrambled eggs (residual heat should warm them through) as well as sambal oelek, soy sauce and sesame oil
