Barbecue Ranch Chicken Salad
- 2-1/2 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE or KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
- 1/8 medium red onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- 1/8 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1 cup red or green grapes

- 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk
- COOK and stir chicken in barbecue sauce in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked through.
- Add additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
- TOSS greens, tomato, and onion in bowl.
- Pour dressing over greens; toss to coat.
- Top with cooked chicken.
- Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles.
- ENJOY grapes and cookies for dessert.
- Serve meal with a glass of milk.
