Meat Balls With Sauce Recipe
- 2 lbs. hamburger meat
- 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 env. dry onion soup mix
- Mix Worcestershire with lowfat milk, add in meat and soup mix.
- Shape into small balls.
- Place meatballs on a broiler pan and salt and pepper to taste.
- Broil 10 to 12 min.
- Sauce: Combine catsup, sugar and Worcestershire in saucepan Cook stirring for 10 min.
- Place all in chafing dish.
- Serve with toothpicks.
