Peasants Pasta Olive Oil and Cheese

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add your favorite kind of pasta and cook according to directions on the back (al dente!
  3. ).
  4. Drain pasta quickly.
  5. Its ok to have some of the leftover water dripping.
  6. Add the olive oil and mix up well.
  7. Feel free to add more olive oil if needed.
  8. Add the cracked black pepper and stir.
  9. Add the pasta to serving dishes and add fresh grated cheese.
  10. Eat the whole pound of pasta.
  11. Ok, not really, its nice to share.
