Delicious SMOKED Meats!
- 1 beef back ribs (2 racks)
- 3 lb boneless pork loin
- 2 packages beer brats ( uncooked in casing)
- 1 smoker of your choice. ( used an electric smoker set at 211 degrees for six hours)
- 1 pecan wood chips
- Total smoke time is 6 hours at 211F
- All of the items listed require different cooking times but can be cook together if you follow these directions.
- Start with the pork tenderloin, butterfly it so that it cooks evenly all the way through.
- ( You can season them if you like.
- I smoked all of my meats with absolutely no seasoning.)
- Smoke this for 2 hours before you add the beef back ribs.
- At the 4 hour mark you may add the beer brats and cook those with the other items for 2 hours.
- At the end of the 6 hour mark your pork tenderloin has smoked for 6 hours.
- Beef ribs for 4 hours and the brats for 2 hours.
- Remove all from smoker and let set for 10-20 minutes.
- Enjoy!
