Delicious SMOKED Meats!

  1. Total smoke time is 6 hours at 211F
  2. All of the items listed require different cooking times but can be cook together if you follow these directions.
  3. Start with the pork tenderloin, butterfly it so that it cooks evenly all the way through.
  4. ( You can season them if you like.
  5. I smoked all of my meats with absolutely no seasoning.)
  6. Smoke this for 2 hours before you add the beef back ribs.
  7. At the 4 hour mark you may add the beer brats and cook those with the other items for 2 hours.
  8. At the end of the 6 hour mark your pork tenderloin has smoked for 6 hours.
  9. Beef ribs for 4 hours and the brats for 2 hours.
  10. Remove all from smoker and let set for 10-20 minutes.
  11. Enjoy!
