Seafood Chowder

  1. In 4-quart saucepan, combine soups and water.
  2. Stir in chickpeas, black beans, zucchini, carrots, chili powder, thyme and pepper.
  3. Over medium heat, heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Cook 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. To serve, ladle chili into bowls.
  6. Makes about 8 cups or 6 main dish servings. Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
