Tuna Casserole
- 4 oz. macaroni, cooked about 9 minutes
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. pimentos
- 6 stuffed olives, cut in thirds
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
- Melt butter in a large casserole.
- Add onion, celery and green pepper and cook on low heat until tender, but not browned.
- Add soup, milk and cheese and heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in drained and flaked tuna, olives, pimentos and mushrooms.
- Add the noodles and stir until well mixed and no more.
- Place in a 2-quart casserole.
- Top with corn flakes.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
