Strawberry Fig Preserves

• 3 cups mashed ripe figs
• 3 cups sugar
• Two 3-ounce packages strawberry Jell-O

1. Mix all ingredients together in saucepan and cook 4 minutes at rolling boil.
2. Stir frequently.
3. Skim.
4. Pour into sterilized jars; seal.
