Portobello Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Coat a pizza pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and garlic.
  4. Brush mushroom caps on all sides with garlic mixture; place upside-down in a circle on the pizza pan.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top evenly with mozzarella cheese, tomato, and chopped basil.
  7. Bake 3 to 4 minutes, or until warmed through and the cheese is melted.
