Orange Blossom Zucchini

  1. Julienne zucchini into 2 inch sticks.
  2. Saute in butter until tende crisp, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add Cointreau and marmalade and heat through.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with pepper and serve warm.
