Salmon Patties With Dill Sauce

  1. Drain salmon (reserve juice), flake.
  2. Combine egg, onions,bread crumbs, lemon juice, lemon peel and pepper to salmon.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Form into 4-5 patties.
  5. Pan fry in small amount of oil until lightly browned on both sides.
  6. Remove patties to platter and keep warm.
  7. Add reserved salmon juice and enough water to pan to make 1 cup liquid.
  8. Add margarine, dill weed, salt and pepper to pan.
  9. Mix cornstarch with water.
  10. Stir well.
  11. Add cornstarch mixture to pan and heat until thicken.
  12. Add patties back into pan and slowly simmer until heated through.
