Spiced Grilled Bread

  1. Slice bread in half lengthwise, leaving one side attached.
  2. Open bread in a butterfly fashion.
  3. Combine mayo, mustard and onion powder in a small bowl, stirring well.
  4. Spread over cut sides of bread.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
  6. Reassemble loaf and wrap in heavy-duty aluminum foil coated with cooking spray.
  7. Place on grill rack over medium coals and cook for 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.
  8. Cut bread into 4 slices.
  9. Serve warm.
