Spinach Biscuit Crust Cheese Bake Pizza:

  1. FOR THE CRUST: Mix all 4 ingredients well in medium bowl to form soft ball.
  2. Knead on lightly floured surface 8 times.
  3. Roll out and press in greased 12 inch pizza pan, forming rim around edge if desired.
  4. FAVORITE TOMATO PIZZA SAUCE: Cook onion and garlic in water in medium saucepan until soft.
  5. Do not drain.
  6. Add remaining 11 ingredients.
  7. Stir together.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Boil slowly for about 15 minutes until thickened.
  10. Add a touch of water if too thick.
  11. Discard bay leaf.
  12. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
  13. FOR THE CHEESE MIXTURE: Prepare pizza dough.
  14. Roll out and press in greased 9 x 13 inch pan, forming rim around edge.
  15. Beat egg and flour together well in medium bowl.
  16. Stir in next 5 ingredients.
  17. Spread sauce over crust.
  18. Spoon cheese mixture over sauce.
  19. Bake on bottom rack in 350F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  20. Cuts into 24 squares.
