Bourbon Kielbasa Recipe
- 2 lb kielbasa cut up (2 to 3)
- 1/2 c. bourbon or possibly brandy
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. ketchup
- Combine above ingredients and simmer for 1 hour or possibly 1 1/2 hrs, uncovered.
- Very good at Christmas with toothpicks in Kielbasa.
- Serve with sauce.
- Wieners are great too!
