Strawberry Delight
- 1 3/4 c. graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3 1/2 c. whipped topping
- 1 pt. strawberries
- 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- ice cubes
- Crush graham crackers.
- Add sugar and butter.
- Spread in the bottom of a pan (or casserole).
- Chill in refrigerator for about an hour.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, milk and whipped topping.
- Spread on top of chilled graham crackers.
- Cut strawberries into halves and place on whipped topping nicely and snugly.
- Follow the quick set method on the side of the Jell-O package.
- After the Jell-O is almost thickened, pour on top of the strawberries.
- Chill until Jell-O is firm.
- Since the Strawberry Delight gets watery at the bottom, quickly eat all in one day.
- Serves 4 to 6.
