Broccoli With Garlic And Frascati Recipe

  1. In a 12- to 14-inch saute/fry pan, heat extra virgin olive oil and garlic till just sizzling.
  2. Add in broccoli and cook, tossing regularly for 8 to 10 min, till even the stem is tender.
  3. Use the wine to slow the pan down if it gets warm sufficient to brown the garlic.
  4. When tender, add in red pepper flakes and zests and place on a platter.
  5. Serve as contorno to braised or possibly grilled meats.
  6. This recipe yields 4 servings.
