Double-Caramel Apple Torte

  1. Microwave 15 caramels and 2 Tbsp.
  2. milk in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 1-1/2 min.
  3. or until caramels are melted, stirring after 1 min.
  4. Add wafer crumbs and nuts; mix well.
  5. Press onto bottom of 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom or springform pan.
  6. Place remaining caramels and 2 Tbsp.
  7. milk in another large microwaveable bowl; microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
  8. or until caramels are melted, stirring after 1 min.
  9. Stir in remaining milk and dry pudding mixes with whisk; beat 2 min.
  10. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  11. Pour into prepared crust.
  12. Top with pie filling.
  13. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  14. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
