Sour Cream Scalloped Corn Recipe
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 (14 ounce.) can cream style corn, with liquid
- 1 (12 ounce.) can whole kernel corn, with liquid
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce.) box corn muffin mix
- Combine butter, corn and Large eggs, mixing well.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream.
- Sprinkle corn muffin mix over mix and beat well.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
