Sour Cream Scalloped Corn Recipe

  1. Combine butter, corn and Large eggs, mixing well.
  2. Stir in lowfat sour cream.
  3. Sprinkle corn muffin mix over mix and beat well.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
