Cincinnati Chili
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 chopped onions
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 lb. spaghetti noodles
- sour cream
- Cook beef (can be made with game meat too) in a large pan. Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
- Add bouillon and all other ingredients to pan.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 1/2 hour, the longer the better.
- Cook 2 pounds spaghetti noodles. Serve chili on top of noodles, topping with some sour cream.
