Orange-Vanilla Creamsicle Smoothie

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in one or two tall glasses.
  2. Stir vigorously with a spoon until well blended.
  3. If youd like a frothier version, combine the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smoothly blended and slightly frothy.
  4. Serve at once, over ice if desired.
