Orange-Vanilla Creamsicle Smoothie
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt
- 1/4 cup seltzer or sparkling water
- Dash of vanilla extract, optional
- Ice, optional
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in one or two tall glasses.
- Stir vigorously with a spoon until well blended.
- If youd like a frothier version, combine the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smoothly blended and slightly frothy.
- Serve at once, over ice if desired.
