Cheater Rub de la Maison

• 3 tablespoons kosher salt
• 1/4 cup paprika
• 1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper
• 1/4 cup herbes de Provence
• 2 tablespoons dried lemon peel

1. COMBINE all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
2. Shake to blend.
