Fried Rice - Local Style

  1. Fry meats in
  2. wok;
  3. drain
  4. excess
  5. oil.
  6. Add onions and string beans.
  7. When
  8. vegetables
  9. are
  10. cooked,
  11. pour
  12. in oyster sauce and shoyu.
  13. Amount of liquids is based on amount of rice used.tor this
  14. recipe,
  15. I suggest 3 cups of cooked rice.
  16. (I use freshly cooked
  17. rice,
  18. nottld
  19. rice.) Add rice; mix with shakushi (Japanese
  20. rice
  21. paddle).
  22. If
  23. nottnough sauce, add more shoyu and
  24. oyster sauce.teason according to your taste. Mix in fried eggs.
