Low fat southern style pimento cheese spread

• 2 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
• 6 oz fat free cream cheese
• 1/4 cup fat free mayo

1. Let cream cheese come up to room temperature then mix everything well.
2. Enjoy as a sandwich or spread on crackers
