Shrimp Scampi

  1. Thaw
  2. shrimp,
  3. if
  4. frozen.
  5. Remove
  6. shells
  7. and devein. Gently pat
  8. dry with a paper towel.
  9. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat; add onions, garlic, lemon peel, lemon juice, salt
  10. and hot pepper sauce.
  11. Cook until boiling point, addthrimp and cook for about 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
  12. Serve with hot cooked rice, top with parsley and lemon peel.
  13. Yield: 4 servings.
