Strawberry Cheesecake Bars

• 1/2 c. cold butter
• 1/2 c. date sugar
• 1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1/3 c. honey
• 1 egg
• 1 c. chopped fresh strawberries
• 1 c. butter
• 1/3 c. brown sugar
• 2 c. flour
• 3 Tbsp. butter
• 1 pkg. German sweet chocolate (4 oz.)
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. light corn syrup
• 1/3 c. brown sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 c. chopped nuts
• 1 c. coconut

1. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
2. Combine eggs, corn syrup, brown sugar and vanilla.
3. Add chocolate.
4. Stir in nuts and coconut.
5. Pour over hot crust.
6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, until top puffs up.
