Louise's Old Ranch Sea Salad

  1. Cook pasta and set aside to cool.
  2. Peel and devein shrimp and cook.
  3. Shred sealegs, they should look like spaghetti.
  4. Peel and seed cucumber and chop into cubes.
  5. Toss all ingredients together and fold in ranch dressing.
  6. Garnish with red bell pepper and chopped Parsley.
  7. Refrigerate overnight to mary flavers.
