PWs Baked French Toast Made Dairy Free

  1. Grease an 8x8 pan with vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Tear or slice bread into cubes and distribute in the baking dish.
  3. Mix eggs, soy milk, soy cream, sugar and vanilla and pour over bread.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. To make the topping, combine the remaining dry ingredients and cut the margarine into the mixture with a pastry blender.
  6. Then stir in the pecans.
  7. Store this in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
  8. Preheat oven to 350F.
  9. Sprinkle topping over the top of the bread mixture.
  10. Bake for one hour.
  11. Serve with extra margarine, maple syrup and powdered sugar.
  12. All or any combination will be lovely.
