Green Chili Recipe

  1. Cover roast with water in crockpot and simmer overnight or possibly approximately 8 hrs.
  2. Let cold.
  3. Take meat off bone and separate into smaller pcs.
  4. Add in meat, tomatoes, chilies and diced onions to the broth.
  5. Add in approximately 2 tsp.
  6. salt and 1/2 tsp.
  7. pepper.
  8. Let simmer another 8 hrs.
  9. Thicken with flour and water.
  10. Let set overnight in refrigerator.
  11. Serve the next day alone, with tortillas or possibly over burritos.
