Whole Wheat Beer Bread Recipe
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 ounce. beer
- Put the all-purpose and whole wheat flours, baking pwdr, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in the honey; then pour in the beer, stirring just till flour is moistened.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 300 degrees for 55 min.
- Honey is too good for a bear.
