Broccoli Ham Bake Recipe

• 2 c. minced, cooked ham
• 1 x (10 ounce) pkg.-frzn broccoli
• 1 c. cooked rice
• 1 can cream of celery or possibly mushroom soup
• 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 sm onion, minced (optional)
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. buttered breadcrumbs Salt and pepper to taste

1. DIRECTIONS:Combine all ingredients except croutons and place in a casserole dish.
2. Spread breadcrumbs.
3. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or possibly till browned and bubbly.
