Cashew Chicken Salad Wrap

  1. In medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Champagne dressing; stir into chicken mixture.
  3. Separate tortillas and arrange on counter.
  4. Spread each tortilla with chicken salad to within 1 of edge.
  5. Sprinkle 3/8 cup romaine over chicken.
  6. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate up to 4 hours.
  8. To Serve Unwrap; cut diagonal into 3 sections or trim ends of tortillas; cut into 6 (1 1/2) diagonal slices.
  9. Enjoy!
