Apricot Glazed Pound Cake
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
- 1 tsp. orange flavoring
- 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 c. sour cream
- Cream sugar and margarine together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Sift flour; measure and add dry ingredients to flour.
- Combine sour cream and flavorings.
- Beginning with flour and ending with flour, add alternately with sour cream mixture.
- Pour into a well-greased and lightly floured 10-inch tube pan.
- Bake in a 325u0b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
- Remove from pan and gradually pour glaze over cake.
