Honey Bear Chicken

  1. Bring marinade ingredients (everything but the chicken) to a boil.
  2. Reduce to low heat.
  3. Simmer and stir occasionally until thick.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Pour over chicken and toss.
  6. Marinate 2 to 3 hours; best if marinated for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  7. Grill.
  8. I use chicken thighs but any cut of meat will do.
  9. I put everything in a large baggie.
  10. This makes it an easy cleanup, especially when we are camping.
