Weisse (White) Cookies

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring or 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
• flour, to make a stiff dough

1. Mix in usual way.
2. Roll on floured board.
3. Cut with cookie cutter.
4. Bake in 350 oven 8-10 minute.
