Apple Spinach Salad
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves, toasted
- 8 cups baby spinach leaves
- 4 medium apples, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 oz. , crumbled
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 32 TRISCUIT Low Sodium Crackers
- 24 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 2 16 fl oz bottles , favorite flavor
- Toast nuts by spreading in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350F for 8 to 10 min.
- or until toasted, stirring occasionally.
- Chop nuts, if desired.
- Place spinach leaves, apples, celery, feta cheese, and cranberries in a bowl.
- Toss spinach mixture with nuts and dressing.
- Enjoy 8 TRISCUIT crackers and 6 oz.
- yogurt per serving with the salad.
- Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT per person.
