Apple Spinach Salad

  1. Toast nuts by spreading in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350F for 8 to 10 min.
  3. or until toasted, stirring occasionally.
  4. Chop nuts, if desired.
  5. Place spinach leaves, apples, celery, feta cheese, and cranberries in a bowl.
  6. Toss spinach mixture with nuts and dressing.
  7. Enjoy 8 TRISCUIT crackers and 6 oz.
  8. yogurt per serving with the salad.
  9. Serve meal with an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT per person.
