Lime Mango Mousse in Chocolate Cups
- 6 oz. Baker's White Chocolate
- 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 mango, peeled and pureed Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. grated lime rind
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Melt 6 oz.
- Baker's White Chocolate.
- Using a small spoon or pastry brush, lightly coat inside of 8 foil-lined baking cups.
- Freeze 10 min.
- Coat any thin spots with more chocolate and freeze for 1 hour.
- Remove chocolate cups from foil and refrigerate until needed.
- Beat 1 pkg.
- (250 g) softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese with 1 peeled, pureed mango, 1/2 cup icing sugar, 1 Tbsp.
- fresh lime juice and 1 tsp.
- grated lime rind at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping and spoon into chocolate cups.
- Refrigerate until served.
