Lime Mango Mousse in Chocolate Cups

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Melt 6 oz.
  3. Baker's White Chocolate.
  4. Using a small spoon or pastry brush, lightly coat inside of 8 foil-lined baking cups.
  5. Freeze 10 min.
  6. Coat any thin spots with more chocolate and freeze for 1 hour.
  7. Remove chocolate cups from foil and refrigerate until needed.
  8. Beat 1 pkg.
  9. (250 g) softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese with 1 peeled, pureed mango, 1/2 cup icing sugar, 1 Tbsp.
  10. fresh lime juice and 1 tsp.
  11. grated lime rind at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
  12. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip Whipped Topping and spoon into chocolate cups.
  13. Refrigerate until served.
