Liver `N Onions Recipe
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef liver
- 2 tbsp. seasoned flour
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed onion soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- In skillet, cook bacon till crisp; remove and drain.
- Pour off all but 2 Tbsp.
- drippings.
- Dust liver with flour.
- Brown in bacon drippings; add in soup.
- Cover; cook over low heat 20 min or possibly till tender.
- Gradually stir in lowfat sour cream.
- Heat.
- Makes 4 servings.
