Liver `N Onions Recipe

  1. In skillet, cook bacon till crisp; remove and drain.
  2. Pour off all but 2 Tbsp.
  3. drippings.
  4. Dust liver with flour.
  5. Brown in bacon drippings; add in soup.
  6. Cover; cook over low heat 20 min or possibly till tender.
  7. Gradually stir in lowfat sour cream.
  8. Heat.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
