Creamy smashed Potatoes- Healthier Version

  1. Place your potatoes in a saucepan.
  2. cover with water.
  3. Bring to a boil; cover.
  4. Reduce heat.
  5. Simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
  6. Drain potatoes and return them to the pan.
  7. Add milk and remaining ingredients.
  8. Mash with a potato masher to desired consistency.
