Chicken Tracey

  1. Top each chicken breast with a slice of cheese.
  2. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast (in an X formation).
  3. Place in a casserole dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the soups and the milk.
  5. Pour mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Sprinkle on salt, pepper and parsley.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes.
  9. Soups can be used like a gravy.
  10. You can substitute ham for bacon - just place a pile of ham on top of the chicken and cheese.
