Remaking Zhajiangmian with Meat Sauce!

  1. I use this recipe for the meat sauce -.
  2. Add miso, mirin, and sesame oil to the pot with the leftover meat sauce and mix.
  3. Add gochujang if you like.
  4. We only use a bit to keep it kid-friendly.
  5. Mix to keep it from burning, and it's complete.
  6. Boil the udon.
  7. Slice the cucumber into thin strips.
  8. And put it together.
  9. Garnish with white sesame.
  10. If you like, you can garnish with chunky "eating ra-yu".
  11. It's also delicious.
