Southwest Burgers

  1. Saute Rotel and onions over medium heat until tender.
  2. Measure out 1/4 lb.
  3. ground beef mixture and blend with 4 tablespoons Rotel blend.
  4. Cook on grill until desired doneness.
  5. Top with cheese and continue to cook until cheese melted.
  6. Place on bun and top with desired condiments.
