Pan-Fried Okra with Ginger Marinade
- 2 packs Okra
- 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Wash the okra and remove the stems.
- Combine the ingredients listed from the ginger down to the vegetable oil and add a pinch of salt.
- Saute the okra in a frying pan (don't use any oil).
- Add Step 2 to the cooked okra and mix together.
- Stir it occasionally as it chills completely in the refrigerator.
