Pan-Fried Okra with Ginger Marinade

  1. Wash the okra and remove the stems.
  2. Combine the ingredients listed from the ginger down to the vegetable oil and add a pinch of salt.
  3. Saute the okra in a frying pan (don't use any oil).
  4. Add Step 2 to the cooked okra and mix together.
  5. Stir it occasionally as it chills completely in the refrigerator.
