Spicy Peach Nut Bread

  1. In a large bowl, blend all, except nuts and raisins, until moistened.
  2. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
  3. Stir in nuts and raisins.
  4. Pour into generously greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch). Bake at 350u0b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until tests clean.
  5. Immediately remove from pan.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. If desired, drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
  8. Store tightly wrapped in refrigerator.
